Do Screens need to be cleaned?

Replacement Window screens usually has a fiberglass material making the screens self-storing. This means that you do not have to clean them very often because they will never rust and dust does not cling to this material.

Another benefit to this screen is that are easily removed from the track. This is due to the side-loaded screen, which can be easily taken out if cleaning is necessary or there is a tear. If the screen is torn then the repair is simple by re screening or just a simple rubbing the mesh winding the fiber together.
